We're upgrading our imaging workstations to Windows 11 — will our imaging software still work?
Almost always, but only if the upgrade is done with the right drivers, codecs, and vendor compatibility settings. We rebuild imaging workstations on Windows 11 with the manufacturer-approved imaging stack (Romexis, CS Imaging, EzDent-i, etc.), tune them for fast 3D reconstruction, and verify every sensor, camera, and DICOM bridge before the workstation goes back into service.
Our intraoral sensor sometimes captures but the image doesn't attach to the chart. Can you fix that?
Yes — that pattern almost always points at a TWAIN driver, bridge, or chart-mapping issue rather than a broken sensor. We diagnose where in the chain the image is being dropped (sensor driver, imaging software, PMS bridge, patient mapping) and reconfigure the integration so captures auto-attach reliably across every operatory.
We're switching practice-management software. Can you carry our imaging integration across?
Yes. Migrating PMS without a plan for imaging is one of the most painful things a practice can do to itself. We map the existing DICOM and TWAIN integrations, rebuild them on the new PMS, validate that historical studies are still reachable from the new patient chart, and stage the cutover so you don't lose imaging access during go-live.
